Network 1, Inc. is proud to partner with CAVA Restaurants. Through this partnership in Competitive Employment Program, our program participants gain valuable hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, developing skills in customer service, food preparation, teamwork, and workplace professionalism.
One participant has demonstrated exceptional growth by successfully working his way through a variety of positions within the restaurant, expanding his skills and responsibilities over time. His journey reflects the power of inclusive employment opportunities and the positive impact of ongoing training, dedication, and career advancement.
Network 1, Inc. is proud to partner with The UPS Store since 2024. The UPS Store has provided our program participants with valuable hands-on experience and skill development in customer service, package sorting, and computer training. This partnership has created meaningful opportunities for individuals to build workplace confidence, strengthen vocational skills, and prepare for competitive integrated employment.
1010 Wine is proud to partner with Network 1, Inc. As a minority- and family-owned business driven by a passion for wine, food, and hospitality, 1010 Wine receives staff support through Network 1’s Paid Internship Program. This partnership provides additional employee support at no cost to the employer while giving participants the opportunity to develop valuable skills in customer service, communication, workplace professionalism, and community engagement, preparing them for competitive integrated employment.
Network 1, Inc. is proud to partner with Pavilions Grocery Store. Through this partnership, our program participants gain valuable hands-on experience while developing workplace and customer service skills that prepare them for competitive integrated employment.
The success of this collaboration is reflected in one participant who has proudly served as a Pavilions team member for 20 years. In 2025, he was recognized with both a 20 Years of Service Award and an Outstanding Service Award, honoring his dedication, exceptional work ethic, and lasting contributions to his team and customers.
